Seasons Greetings and Happy Holidays to all!

How can it be December already? We appreciate the business in November.

We had 5 Tucker people manning the trade show booth at the NITL-TIA-IANA combined annual meeting held November 17-20 in Anaheim, CA. We also completed some good calls in both Northern and Southern California while we were there.

In the past month or so we have added to our Tucker Team. Deborah Marozzi in Operations has 12 years of experience handling inside sales and the carrier side of the business. And Gwen Hoover, working with the Logistics Service Group is a newcomer to freight but has good experience in phone service, including retail sales and management. Welcome both!

End of year in the freight business usually sees a flurry of shipping for the capital goods suppliers, inventory adjustments, etc. Call us early if transit timing matters. This time of year for permit shipments gets tricky. Call us early and often, of course, for anything.

Bernadette, known for keeping schedules, delivered daughter, Carmela, on November 20th. Everyone is doing well, Carmela’s pictures are a hit around the office and Mom should be back on board first quarter, 2003. Another great delivery, Bern! With Love!

Have a good December. Let’s hope the world can get 2003 off to a big, profitable start and then sustain it for 12 months.
