Internet Tracing and Visibility
Tucker Company Worldwide offers Internet Tracing of all www.tracing.tuckerco.com shipments. We will even customize our internet tracing site to suit your unique needs.

Tucker’s web based tracing allows you to easily track all shipments from our one, password protected web site: www.tuckerco.com then click on the “Tracing” tab. Whether we used one carrier or a collection of truckload and LTL carriers to move your shipments, it is all in the same format and in the same place. We are the only company you need to consult to find your freight.

We add an important dimension to Internet tracking: critical thought. It’s fine and dandy to post the whereabouts of freight. But without someone scrutinizing tracing reports, you might find yourself looking on a carrier’s web site and realize that your freight has been in the Toledo, OH terminal for 5 days!

When you use Tucker Company Worldwide, we review every shipment in order to keep small problems from becoming larger ones.

EDI and/or Emailed Freight Invoices
In virtually no time, Tucker can be EDI compliant with virtually any customer or carrier for that matter. In addition we have the ability to email freight invoices instantly, with P.O.D.s attached.

Faxed and/or Emailed Shipment Status Reports
We can “push” tracking data to you. The information is sent to you electronically by email or EDI, showing data such as scheduled and actual pickups, and expected and/or actual deliveries

E-Newsletter
Tucker’s regular E-Newsletter is distributed via fax or email to all customers who are interested. It’s full of information on current events, fuel prices, news and Tucker Company Worldwide specials. To subscribe, email: jefft@tuckerco.com and put in the subject line: “Subscribe Tucker Newsletter”

Carriers Can View Tucker’s Available Shipment Listings
Certain Tucker contracted carriers can log in to our secure web site to view listings of shipments originating in any state or province, by simply clicking on a map of North America.

“Trusted Carrier” Shipment Acceptance and Tendering
Certain of our most trusted contracted carriers have the ability to not only view login and password secured shipments on our web site, but now they can accept the shipment electronically. Note: Pickup and delivery addresses, customer name, product description and other sensitive customer data is only sent once a Tucker employee authorizes it.

Carrier Accounts Payable Information
Now Tucker’s contracted carriers can look online to see when their check was or will be cut and mailed. Tucker’s accounts payable information relating to their account is only a click away. To request a login and password, interested carriers should email: carrierpay@tuckerco.com

Documents & Forms
Here you will find a copy of Tucker’s operating authority as well as several standard forms and documents, including “standard” truck and trailer equipment sizes and specifications, industry approved claims forms, the various selling terms in freight, plus we provide you with some helpful “dos and don’ts” when shipping LTL.
