Tucker segments its award winning* customer service into three (3) primary business divisions, which allow us to allocate the right resources to your needs. They include our Core Business Division, Government Services Division and the Dedicated Logistics Division. Most of our customers are served by our Core Business Division. The Core Business Division handles every variety of freight and equipment type is managed there, plus the largest number of customer service professionals are ready to meet whatever your freight needs. All government clients are served by our Government Services Division and Clients who contract with Tucker to manage their inbound, outbound or both, or a large-scale project are generally served by our Dedicated Logistics Division.

Shipper Contact Screen

Holds Most of Your Important Information
Every Customer has what we call a “Shipper Contact Screen.” This is where much of the important information about your freight, special handling requirements, contacts, hours for loading and unloading, insurance requirements, etc. are kept. This allows us to be as efficient and informed as possible with every shipment.

"Hot Fields"

Makes Sure Critical Information Gets Communicated on Every Shipment
Certain information is absolutely critical for every shipment. We have three lines of “hot fields” containing special instructions about your freight. This information shows up on every quote and load created for you, eliminating the need to review it in the shipper header screen.

Suggested Routings for Drivers

Tucker stores the suggested routings into and out of your facilities which you have provided to us. Legally the driver is responsible for determining the proper and legal route with which to drive, and it is his/her sole discretion.
Every customer will receive our standard monthly performance report, or “scorecard” detailing our on-time performance.

Customized Customer Reports

We can customize spreadsheet reports for you to show nearly any combination of data. Some customers ask for $/pound, $/skid, or cases per truck.
We can help you design practically any spreadsheet to help you, your sales, marketing, and/or customer service department with the toughest freight cost issues.

Our report customization helped one customer resolve pricing issues. One of their goals is to keep average freight dollars per product invoice at levels below 8%. Prior to Tucker Company Worldwide co-designing this spreadsheet, this company was losing money on some major accounts and didn't know it.


This custom report measured Tucker's savings against our customer's pre-Tucker benchmarked rates and conveniently conveyed all their key information.
