Tucker Company Worldwide, Inc. has applied to the Federal Maritime Commission ("FMC") for our license to arrange international freight. The introduction of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and Ocean Freight Forwarding (International Freight Forwarding) services will satisfy Tucker's client needs by allowing Tucker to provide comprehensive international logistics services.
Upon successful FMC review of our application, and when license and authorities are in hand, Tucker will release the news immediately, and begin international operations. We expect this announcement to occur in early 2009.
